In this position...

The Ascent Process Implementation Manager is a People Leader position within the Ford MP&L Order and Material Fulfillment team. Qualified candidates will be responsible to complete the launch of the Ascent supplier collaboration tool on the E2Open platform. The position will also be responsible to develop supporting system and business process flows that deliver a global bill of process which enable Clear to Build conditions at Ford assembly and manufacturing sites. Qualified candidates should have a proven record of building strong and effective teams that deliver results while working with different skill teams and global partners.



Responsibilities

What youll do...

  • Establish Fulfillment process to confirm Clear to Build of Ford vehicle and powertrain schedules.
    • Develop single bill of process with global MP&L teams
    • Implement and refine Responsible Accountable Consulted and Informed (RACI) model with cross-functional teams to resolve supply risks across Fords production schedule horizon.
    • Establish and execute process to review supply gaps with business partners to ensure Clear to Build readiness.
      • Utilize Pega for case management escalation process with cross functional stakeholders
    • Define and execute escalation matrix to address supply gaps across leadership levels to deliver production plan.
  • Develop KPI and Metrics supporting fulfillment process.
    • Publish metrics and lead problem solving actions to drive continuous improvement actions
  • Provide People Leader support for Fulfillment Escalation Team
    • Support people development opportunities.
    • Develop and rollout objectives.
    • Execute Mid-year and Final Performance reviews.


Qualifications

Youll have...

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
  • 5 Years of Experience

Even better you may have

  • Organization Change Management (OCM) experience
  • Post college graduate degree
  • Prior experience in supply chain production scheduling and production operations roles
  • Experience with E2Open or other supplier collaboration tools
  • Familiarity with S&OP demand and supply processes
  • Strong communication problem solving and analytical skill set
  • Prior people leader experience with track record of building strong teams
