The Products and Solutions function is responsible for product management product strategy and providing thought leadership and long-term design to drive the development and growth of Visas product portfolio across the Asia Pacific region. Within this function the Commercialization vertical serves as a Center-of-Excellence enabling product owners across verticals with go-to-market strategy sales enablement client engagement pricing contracting and collateral development.
The Commercialization team champions a customer-first engagement model that spans the full product lifecycle from pre-sales through onboarding go-live and customer success. The team is instrumental in implementing scalable strategies that ensure consistent high-impact client experiences and accelerate product adoption across markets for 12-18 months till the product reaches an inflexion point.

What Manager. Acceptance Product Commercialisation AP Product and Solutions will do:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Manager to support the commercialization and go-to-market efforts for Click-to-Pay (CTP) across Asia Pacific. This role will serve as the regional subject matter expert driving merchant adoption and enabling seamless seller onboarding through tailored content client and stakeholder engagements and operational excellence.
Regional Ownership & Advocacy
Act as the subject matter expert and advocate for CTP across Asia Pacific.
Champion CTP adoption by articulating its value proposition to internal and external stakeholders.
Merchant Engagement & Enablement
Drive merchant onboarding through tailored pitches data analysis and compelling content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owner legal risk marketing to streamline and fast-track client commitment and go-live.
Incentive Strategy & Execution
Design and manage seller incentive programs to accelerate CTP adoption.
Support end-to-end execution including proposal development internal approvals contract negotiation and process optimization.
GTM Cadence & Market Coordination
Lead regular GTM cadence calls with country teams across Asia Pacific to align on merchant enablement strategies share best practices and track progress.
Act as the central point of coordination for regional GTM execution.
Pipeline Management & Reporting
Maintain and track the commercialization pipeline for CTP-enabled sellers.
Provide timely and actionable updates on merchant enablement progress to leadership.
Drive Adoption & Continuous Improvement
Design and run post launch campaigns with clients to drive enrolment and usage.
Analyze data and feedback to identify adoption barriers and improvement opportunities.
Contribute to the evolution of CTP GTM strategies based on market trends and performance metrics.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
