Job Description
What youll do...
- Fully own the commercials of your property and overall performance from P&L through to budgets through to planning and forecasting.
- Play a key role in hiring decisions for the property.
- Establish priorities and lead key operational initiatives such as the preparation presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotels annual Operating Budget Marketing & Sales Plan and Capital Budget.
- Execute the highest of Brand standards financial performance and quality of service.
- Provide hands-on leadership and support to your Heads of Departments in the day-to-day People management of each team.
- Oversee all hotel operations.
- Oversee all quality evaluation processes and strive to improve all qualitative metrics.
- Be ultimately accountable for delivering projects in your property.
- Serve as the hub for communications with guests team ownership brand representatives and key vendors.
- Find and keep the best talent for your property.
- Be front-facing and high-touch with our guests involved in handling guests throughout their journey and setting the example for the team to engage in excellent guest experience and recovery at every turn.
- Be a part of the evolution of Ennismore as it expands further in the US and Americas region.

Qualifications :
What were looking for...
- You are an experienced General Manager a commercially savvy operator and have prior experience in a similar role. A minimum of 5 years experience as a Hotel General Manager and significant experience in high-end Lifestyle hotels
- You have experience leading successful openings transitions and resort properties and luxury & lifestyle properties where the experience is branded from beginning to end.
- You are comfortable in the spotlight but always remain humble and kind.
- You have a passion for hospitality you inspire an enthusiastic guest-centered approach.
- You can turn any situation around into a positive experience for all guests and team alike.
- You think big and encourage your team to believe.
- You are comfortable with the strategic as well as day to day detail.
- You are a natural at leading and managing others and you lead by example creating an environment where your team can be their best self.
- You have an aptitude to perform numerical analysis of data and formulate conclusions and solutions.
- You are able to easily identify and utilize emerging trends and technology to generate revenue.
