Job Description
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking full English breakfast for 220 students buffet style
- Preparing a salad bar with fresh salad item plus compound salads and protein item for 500 students.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Working efficiently in a fast paced kitchen environment
- Supporting the kitchen with clean down
Qualifications :
- It needs to be someone who is well organised and can think for themselves that has experience in both of these areas .
- Cleanliness and hygiene standards of a high level
- Ideally have experience working within Education catering
- Have a progressive career to date
- Be up to date with current food trends
- Have a real passion for food and customer service
