Job Description
We are looking to appoint an Night Team Leader for our adult residential serviceKing Street in Thorne.
This role is about ensuring high standards are maintained in terms of the outcomes for the people we support staffing resources and the health safety and wellbeing of people using the service colleagues and visitors.
As part of a multi-disciplinary team you will be responsible for implementing monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of individual care and support plans and for effective risk management within a positive behaviour support framework.
About You
As well as being a compassionate individual you will need to have a NVQ Level 2 in Adult Health and Social Care and be prepared to work towards NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care whilst in post.
