YOUR NEW ROLE
Were looking for a coordinator to join our Organisational Development and Learning (OD&L) team. If you are organised a strong communicator loves variety happy to pitch in and passionate about helping others grow we want to hear from you.
This hands on role reports to the Manager Organisation Development & Learning and supports the planning coordination and delivery of learning programs across the Opera House. You will help make sure our learning experiences are seamless from booking/setting up training rooms managing participant invites to making sure our learners feel supported and welcomed. You will also be a trusted member of a great team ready to jump in and help wherever needed and keeping everything on track behind the scenes. You will also get to lead some of your own projects throughout the year with plenty of support from our friendly and experienced team.

ARE YOU THE ONE
You might be the right fit if you:
Have great organisation and time management skills and are comfortable and can adapt to changing situations
Care about people and want to help create positive inclusive learning experiences.
Enjoy solving problems and taking initiative to make things better
Are a true team player who is happy to help out and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes
Have strong attention to detail and follow up skills
Communicate clearly professionally and warmly both in writing and in person
Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
Are comfortable managing data such training records with strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy when entering or maintaining information.
Have experience working with learning platforms or keen to learn
Enjoy variety as no two days are quite the same
