Raytheon is seeking a Finance Program Control Analyst for the Integrated Intelligence & Warfighter Support (I2WS) portfolio. Interested candidates will gain experience in program control and earned value and will be responsible for tracking analyzing and cost controls associated with one or multiple projects. We are seeking a hard-working energetic and dedicated individual to contribute to the overall success of our programs as well as provide opportunities for career growth and advancements within the organization and company. In this role you will have opportunities to work independently as well as collaborate with key functional stakeholders including Program Management and Engineering. Successful candidates will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency problem-solving and resourcefulness with a commitment to quality while developing their leadership skills as a key business partner.

This position will be onsite in Richardson TX State College PA or Aurora CO.

What You Will Do

  • Data extraction and reconciliation
  • Labor and cost transfer submittals
  • Creation and maintenance of Work Authorization Documents; creation and maintenance of charge numbers
  • Development of time-phased integrated budgets and schedules
  • Assist in monitoring costs and manpower; ensuring that actuals are within budget and charged to the correct end objective
  • Generate program financial artifacts such as Earned Value reports graphs and analysis as required.
  • Provide Program Management and Control account Managers with internal reports on cost and schedule performance
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis data integrity checks and validations related to program financials.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelors and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
  • Experience with Excel (ex. Lookup/Index/Sum functions and pivot tables)
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with APEX EV; knowledgeable in working with SAP reporting
  • Experience or exposure to performing cost control and analysis functions in a U.S. Government multi-CLIN contracting environment
  • Minimum of 2 years of Finance/Data Analysis experience
  • Ability to manage priorities in order to meet deadlines
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and work quality
  • Knowledge of concepts and techniques related to program controls

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD - 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.
