What does a successful Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist do at Fiserv

As a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist you will work in one of our strategic centers of excellence either in Milwaukee WI or Berkley Heights NJ. You will act as a trusted and strategic talent advisor to hiring managers; drive alignment stakeholder engagement and drive best practices across the hiring process.

What you will do:

• Manage and drive the full cycle recruiting process overseeing job postings reviewing applications and managing candidates from initial screenings and assessments through final offer negotiation.
• Build effective partnerships with hiring managers to fully understand our business so you can confidently explain it to others.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and new hire experience through timely communication transparency and engagement.
• Track and manage multiple recruitment projects including onsite and offsite career events.

What you will need to have:

• 3 years experience in full life-cycle recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and closing candidates at a corporate company.
• Bachelors Degree or an equivalent of education and military experience.

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Salary Range

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
