Overview of Opportunity
Two Six Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of complex government programs. This role provides the opportunity to manage fast-paced technical projects supporting national security working alongside top engineers to deliver cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and program management expertise ensuring successful project execution stakeholder engagement and mission impact.
What you will do:
- Oversee the execution of technical programs ensuring alignment with mission objectives and customer requirements.
- Manage project timelines program staffing deliverables and resources while maintaining high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with Principal Investigator to address technical program needs
- Serve as a key liaison between engineering teams and customers translating technical concepts into actionable strategies.
- Develop and implement processes tools and performance metrics to optimize program execution.
- Present technical and programmatic briefings to senior customer officials.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities to enhance capabilities within the technical domain.
- Participate in and lead proposal development and delivery.
What you will need (Basic Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing technical programs or client engagements.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with engineers and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing program budget resources and schedules
- Comfort with technologies such as embedded systems mobile systems telecommunications or critical infrastructure.
Nice if you have:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles secure architecture or penetration testing.
- Background in reverse engineering vulnerability research exploit development or CNO tool development
- Experience with government R&D proposals & capture
- Familiarity with DoD/IC procurement and contracting processes
Security Clearance:
- Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge skills geographic location as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

$156060 - $234090 USD
