The Graduate School of Education Rutgers University invites applications for Lecturers (formerly Part Time Lecturers) in the department of Educational Theory Policy and Administration during the Fall 2025 Semester September 2 2025 through December 22 2025. Successful applicants will instruct undergraduate or graduate level courses in social and philosophical foundations of education educational policy social studies education and/or educational leadership. Specific courses might include history of education; philosophy of education; gender in education; race ethnicity and inequality; urban education; sociology of education; public school finance; policy analysis; school leadership; and queer issues in schools among others. Courses will be offered in a range of modalities beyond traditional settings including hybrid and online formats as well as synchronous and asynchronous instruction. Course appointments are in the New Brunswick area as well as hybrid/online format.
