Senior Healthcare Assistant Day Shifts 13 per hour Stunning Luxury Care Home
Full-time across a 7-day rota

Our client a luxury nursing home for older adults is looking for an experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their dedicated team. This elegant purpose-built service provides exceptional care in a warm respectful and inclusive environment where both residents and staff are truly valued.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified carer who is confident in a senior role and passionate about delivering person-centred care. The homes focus on quality dignity and individualised support creates a positive team-focused culture with opportunities to grow and develop.

What Theyre Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (essential)
  • Proven experience as a Senior Carer or in a similar role within elderly care
  • A kind proactive approach with excellent communication skills
  • Strong understanding of person-centred care and safeguarding
  • A collaborative team player with a commitment to high standards
  • Reliable and flexible able to work across a 7-day rota

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality individualised care to residents during day shifts
  • Support care staff through guidance mentoring and daily leadership
  • Act as a key person in care planning ensuring accuracy and compassion
  • Foster strong respectful relationships with residents families and colleagues
  • Maintain care documentation to a high standard
  • Promote dignity choice and wellbeing in all aspects of care
  • Assist with training and induction for new care staff
