About the role
As a Principal Audit and Risk Specialist at TAFE NSW you will play a pivotal role in strengthening organisational governance compliance and risk management. Youll lead and support a range of audit and risk activities provide expert advice to internal stakeholders and contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. This role is key to ensuring the integration of policy and practice into everyday operations maintaining alignment with public sector standards and enhancing TAFE NSWs enterprise policy framework through strategic guidance reporting and content management.
About You
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in audit risk governance and investigations. Your ability to engage with stakeholders deliver insightful recommendations and drive policy and system improvements sets you apart. You bring experience in managing and supporting investigation matters applying sound judgement and discretion to ensure integrity and compliance across the organisation. Youre passionate about building organisational capability through education and training and you thrive in environments that value integrity collaboration and continuous learning.
