Were seeking a SuccessFactors Project Manager to support a key client project. This is a senior-level contract role for someone with a proven track record in SAP SuccessFactors delivery not a step-up opportunity. Youll take ownership of project planning and execution coordinating stakeholders and ensuring delivery of high-quality business outcomes.
This is a part-time contract position. The role is based in Melbourne with flexible work arrangements and remote work available within Melbourne only. Some on-site presence will be required for key project milestones such as workshops testing or go-lives.
What youll be doing
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of the SAP SuccessFactors implementation
- Lead project planning status reporting risk management and governance
- Coordinate internal teams vendors and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Oversee testing change management and cutover planning
- Ensure alignment with SAP best practices and client business objectives
What youll bring
- Strong project management experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects on a part-time basis
- Excellent stakeholder management vendor coordination and communication skills
- Experience working within client delivery environments
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA landscapes a plus
