Position Summary...

Job Title:Director of Marketing Members Mark Sams Club
Location:Bentonville AR

At Sams Club were on a mission to double our businessand Members Mark our flagship private brand is central to that growth. Were looking for a bold strategic and creative marketing leader to shape how millions of members experience Members Mark across every touchpoint.

As Director of Marketing for Members Mark youll lead the brands marketing strategy end-to-endfrom storytelling and positioning to full-funnel campaigns and omnichannel execution. Youll partner closely with senior leaders across marketing merchandising operations and creative to bring the brand to life in ways that drive business results and deepen member loyalty.

What youll do...

  • Lead the Brand NarrativeOwn the Members Mark brand strategy and voice. Youll be the storyteller who shapes the brands voice and uncover the stories behind our products to create compelling narratives that connect with members and support business growth.

  • Drive Full-Funnel MarketingLead integrated campaigns across paid owned earned and editorial channels. Youll work across the marketing org to ensure every strategyfrom renewals to grand openingsladder up to broader business goals.

  • Collaborate Across the BusinessPartner with merchandising operations digital and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution across all channels from in-club signage to digital media.

  • Influence at the Highest LevelsPresent strategies and results to the SVP of Members Mark CMO and other senior leaders. Youll need to be a confident communicator who can translate insights into action and influence decision-making.

  • Champion Omnichannel ExperiencesEnsure Members Mark shows up powerfully across digital and physical environments creating a cohesive and elevated experience for members wherever they shop.

  • Use Data to Drive StrategyLeverage consumer insights analytics and market research to refine messaging optimize campaigns and measure impact.

  • Lead Product Launches & Seasonal MomentsOversee major launches and seasonal campaigns ensuring they align with brand strategy and deliver on performance goals.

  • Spot Trends & Spark InnovationStay ahead of cultural and category trends. Co-develop stories and solutions that keep Members Mark at the forefront of quality and value.

What You Bring

  • 8 years of marketing experience including 23 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven success building and growing private label or CPG brandsideally in retail or wholesale.

  • Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing including digital social and in-store.

  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with a track record of using insights to guide strategy.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills especially with senior stakeholders.

  • Creative and strategic thinker with a bias for action.

  • Experience with membership-based business models is a plus.

The annual salary range for this position is $110000.00-$220000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field and 4 years experience in marketing or related field OR 7 yearsexperience in marketing or related field.
