Overview

The Dental Specialists Orthodontics is a team-oriented provider of state-of-the-art orthodontic care for children and adults with over a decade of patient care in the Twin Cities. Our Roseville and Woodbury locations have an opportunity for an outgoing energetic Licensed Dental Assistant interested in sharing their enthusiasm for the benefits of orthodontic care as our Treatment Coordinator.

The Treatment Coordinator will establish relationships with new patients and guide them from initial consultation to treatment in our practice. As our Treatment Coordinator you will present a professional image; provide excellent listening and communication skills; and confidently present treatment and financial options for patients. Responsibilities

Clinical Requirements
Minnesota licensure and current CPR certification and American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare provider.

Preferred Qualifications
Passionate about providing patient-centered care excellent patient service
Experience in digital radiographs and electronic patient records
Excellent communication skills
Orthodontics expereince preferred

Work Schedule

Mondays: 7:30am-5:15pm (Woodbury)

Tuesdays: 7:30am-5:15pm (Woodbury)

Wednesdays: off

Thursdays: 7:30am-5:15pm (Roseville)

Fridays: 6:30am-2:15pm (Roseville)

Company Information

Continuing Education:
The Dental Specialists offers a wide range of continuing education courses throughout the year for team members including required courses such as CPR and OSHA Annual Retraining. Dental Assistants that attend all the courses offered throughout the year are able to fulfill their biannual requirements for 25 hours of continuing education.
