What Youll Do
- Source & engage experienced loan officers across the country (retail wholesale bank broker and IMB channels)
- Leverage your relationships and referral network to generate warm leads and high-value conversations
- Consultative recruiting align loan officers with our unique value proposition and competitive platform
- Drive recruitment campaigns across targeted markets and branches
- Track performance and build a strong recruitment funnel that converts into real production
