Job Description
Summary
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greetcustomers at the front door and escorting or directing them to where they need to go
- Check customers into their appointments/reservations ensuring customers have all appropriate IDs and documentation
- Answerincoming phone calls
- Respondto emails
- Scheduleappointments
- Provide friendly and helpful customerservice
- Promote 5 star review generation
Qualifications & Skills
- HS diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent interpersonalwritten and verbal communication skills

- Previous firearm experience/knowledge preferred but not required.
- Ability to understand recall and follow complex compliance regulations and work with highly confidential information.
- Flexibility in work schedule needed to include potential evenings and weekends.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Firearm Owners Identification Card (FOID) preferred
- Bilingual a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Extended periods of standing and sitting.
