Job Title: Professional Research Assistant 80% FTA

Job Summary:
The successful candidate should have experience purifying protein from transformed cells and using this protein in mouse experiments. The project specifically also involves animal work and the use of interferon lambda with chemotherapeutic agents. The work involves concepts from immunology skin toxicology and drug delivery and the preferred candidate would have a grasp of these fundamentally different fields. The successful candidate should have experience handling animals monitoring tumor growth and using protein therapeutics as well as injection euthanasia tissue harvesting and drug extraction. The candidate will need to work independently but also be part of a team involving other labs to reduce the off-target accumulation of chemotherapy.

Anticipated Pay Range:
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as HIRING RANGE:
$39000 for a 0.80 part-time position
