Team:
The Business Systems Analyst II is a part of the Core Banking Operations team that partners with business unit stakeholders and technical staff to identify business system solutions for changes to business processes policies and information systems. Within the Core Banking Operations environment this team interacts with 3rd party vendors and internal partners to understand what the line of business needs and works with vendors to develop and implement those software needs.
The Business Systems Analyst II each have a specific and impactful function for UMB to ensure Maintain accurate system and System Development LifeCycle documentation. The Core Banking Operations team are subject matter experts that function closely as a Project Manager for software implementations.
Role:
The Business Systems Analyst II is responsible for implementing testing and training internal partners with updated or new softwares. This position handles the communication and project management of updated software. The Business Systems Analyst II assists with process improvement and conversions. You can expect a fast-paced environment with unpredictable scenarios while maintaining flexibility and adaptability to client needs. Our Business Systems Analyst II are motivated to be self-driven and enjoy the challenge of learning new skills while controlling the progression of their career. This role focuses on ensuring software capabilities for lines of business are being met while identifying efficiencies for the department.

$51480.00 - $99330.00The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMBs standard for this role but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location experience level and other job-related factors.
