Were Hiring: Martech / RevOps / Automation Specialist
We are The Moderate Genius. Were the behind-the-scenes team powering high-ticket coaches and consultants and were looking for someone who can elevate their tech game even further.
This is a fast-paced environment and were not going to sugarcoat it. Youll need to be focused sharp and able to solve problems quickly and calmly. If your brain naturally maps things out in flowcharts if you see chaos and instinctively start drawing lines to make it make sense youll fit right in.
Theres a lot of hands-on implementation work involved: building fixing and improving systems. But its not just button-clicking. Theres strategy baked into everything we do. Youll often need to take a clients big-picture idea reverse-engineer it into a system that actually works and then build it from the ground up. If you love that mix of logic and creativity youll love this role.
Attention to detail is non-negotiable. Our clients trust us to manage mission-critical systems for their multi 7- and 8-figure businesses. Mistakes cost real money and time.
Were looking for someone full-time working in North American Eastern Time hours whos comfortable being part of a close-knit highly communicative team. We dont work in silos here; collaboration is how we win.
Youll need to be fluent in English not just for documentation or task updates but because youll often be the one explaining technical systems in plain language. Sometimes thatll happen in Slack other times on a Zoom call. Either way you need to be clear professional and confident.
Youll also need to take ownership of your work whether it goes perfectly or something goes sideways. We value people who dont hide from problems but step up fix them and learn from them.
And finally you need to love learning. This space moves fast and so do we. What worked a year ago might not cut it today. Thats why we care more about your mindset than your resume. If youre always looking for ways to improve challenge yourself and grow youll thrive here.

- Familiarity with attribution models reporting dashboards or funnel tracking setups
