Job Title: Business Development Associate (On-Target Role)
Location: Remote / Gurgaon
CTC: 8 LPA 3 LPA Fixed 5 LPA Performance-Based Variable)

Role Overview:
We re hiring a goal-oriented Business Development Associate to drive lead generation client acquisition and revenue growth. This is a high-ownership target-based role with strong growth potential and a performance-linked incentive structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new clients for Hubnex Labs IT services and digital solutions
- Execute outreach campaigns through LinkedIn cold emails and calls
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales performance reports
- Collaborate with the internal team for smooth project onboarding
Requirements:
- 1 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (IT services preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Highly self-driven and target-focused
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a relevant field
Compensation & Growth:
- Fixed Salary: 3 LPA
- Variable Pay: Up to 5 LPA based on performance
- Total CTC: 8 LPA (On achieving targets)
