The Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) will evaluate develop and implement individualized physical therapy programs to improve physical function alleviate pain and prevent dysfunction in pediatric patients. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed documentation educating parents and caregivers on care strategies assessing treatment progress recommending specialized equipment (e.g. wheelchairs braces) and modifying environments to suit patient needs. The PT will collaborate with other professionals manage a pediatric caseload communicate with families and ensure accurate Physical TherapistResponsibilities:Evaluate create and implement individualized physical therapy programs to improve or restore physical function alleviate pain and prevent physical dysfunction in pediatric and maintain thorough documentation including evaluations daily notes progress notes and discharge and educate parents and caregivers on how to best accommodate and care for the effects of treatment at various stages and adjust interventions to maximize benefits.
