We are seeking someone who is reliable and detail-oriented to help support the day-to-day upkeep of our facilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on proactive and committed to maintaining a clean safe and functional environment for staff and visitors.
Schedule/Location:
As a Facilities Maintenance Assistant you will perform routine and preventative maintenance and repair services in multiple crafts to ensure the organization remains operating at the desired you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks related to both scheduled maintenance programs and reactive repair needs. You will accurately document these repairs to ensure the history files are up to date.

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $18.3418 - $27.5130 per hour. This role is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity. A specific salary offer considers factors including but not limited to skill sets experience and training licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
