Manages the daily activities of the facilities and general services department. Oversees the functioning of building systems including mechanical fire/life safety etc. Hands-on involvement with projects on an as needed basis; seeing the job through to completion while utilizing a strong sense of ownership and pride in the end result. Oversees contractors for facilities renovation projects involving HVAC electrical production floor arrangement etc.
