Are you a proven leader in automotive sales with the experience and drive to thrive in a high-volume environment Our busy Subaru dealership in Massillon is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help lead our team and elevate the customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage coach and motivate a top-performing sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations inventory management and customer engagement strategies.
- Implement and maintain proven sales processes that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Assign value to trade-in vehicles and prepare sales numbers for customers.
- Monitor sales leads and performances.
- Collaborate closely with the GM F&I and service departments for a seamless dealership experience.
- Stay informed on market trends Subaru programs and competitor activity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2 years of automotive sales management experience is preferred.
- A strong track record of success in a fast-paced competitive environment.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to drive process improvement and accountability.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and DMS platforms (Tekion preferred).
- Professional ethical and customer-first mindset.
