- Lead all warehouse operations including inventory control purchasing and vendor relations.
- Develop and implement annual warehouse goals aligned with the company business plan.
- Oversee inventory for HVAC plumbing and electrical parts/equipment including service and install staging.
- Maintain accurate and timely warranty returns product credits and service part stocking.
- Manage and train warehouse staff; conduct quarterly reviews and performance check-ins.
- Track KPIs for warehouse efficiency and report weekly.
- Coordinate fleet maintenance and safe vehicle operation.
- Maintain a clean safe and well-organized warehouse.
- Participate in weekly leadership meetings and quarterly planning sessions.
- Support VMI (Vendor-Managed Inventory) initiatives and partner with vendor reps on process improvements.
- 2 years warehouse/inventory management experience (HVAC Plumbing or Electrical preferred).
- Strong background in purchasing vendor negotiations and warehouse systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Service Titan or other service industry software a plus.
- Effective communicator organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
