Position Summary
Sovah Health is looking for the ideal candidate who will be acting in a strategic support capacity the Consultant Imaging School Support & Partnerships (CISSP) works under the authority of the Schools Director to provide operational and administrative support. The CISSP actively explores appropriate external partnerships to enhance program enrichment and provides expert advice and guidance to the school on curriculum development instructional strategies a integration of new technologies and opportunities for educational partnerships.
Operational & Administrative Support Lead coordination of curriculum development scheduling and accreditation preparation.
Manage day-to-day logisticsfacility coordination equipment inventory and clinical placement scheduling.
Prepare program documentation and draft reports for Director review and approval.
Partnership Development & Strategy Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with healthcare providers equipment vendors and educational institutions.
Develop engagement proposals partnerships and pilot initiatives aligned with institutional goals.
Cultivate relationships and present outreach materials to key stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communication Facilitate weekly briefings with the Director to review operational progress and priorities.
Draft talking points presentations and promotional content for internal/external stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison with clinical sites technology partners and accreditation bodiesunder Director oversight.
Accreditation Quality Assurance & Compliance Support accreditation tasks (e.g. documentation standards alignment audits) in partnership with the School Director Support quality improvement by tracking program metricsstudent outcomes clinical placements accreditation feedback.
Research best practices and integrate evidence-based strategies into program workflows.
Competencies & Traits Proactive solutions-oriented approach.
Capacity to manage multiple simultaneous projects and tasks.
Familiarity with imaging workflows (PACS/RIS/DICOM) accreditation requirements and healthcare partnerships.
Adaptable team player capable of supporting leadership while working independently.
Engagement Details
Status: Temporary position. 24-30 hours per week.
Reporting: Directly to the School Director; collaborates with faculty clinical partners and vendors. Duration: Initial three (3) month term with potential extension based on results.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education
Advanced degree in Medical Imaging Radiologic Sciences Healthcare Administration or a related field.
Required Skills
Strong analytical and project management skills; experience developing partnerships.
Excellent communication professionalism and collaboration skills with diverse healthcare and academic stakeholders as well as experience training and mentoring healthcare professionals.
Minimum Work Experience
Twenty-five (25) plus years of experience in diagnostic imaging healthcare education or clinical program management.
