Job Description

A Day in the Life

We are looking for a result driven team-oriented and dynamic colleague to fill out an open position within our Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) team. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset strong selling skills and knowledge from the medical device industry (preferable within the interventional cardiology/cardiac surgery sector) we encourage you to apply.

The jobholder will lead the sales and market adoption efforts in the TAVI field. The role will include performing sales presentations support cases launches and introductions of new products and services informing about studies conducting training and in-service activities for physicians nurses and building strong relationships with customers. For this role you need to be located in North part of Poland (Pomorskie Kujawsko-Pomorskie).

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Thoroughly understand the therapy options for transcatheter aortic valve implant to be able to sell based on study results planning and sizing and give clinical support
  • Manage relationships and ensure close collaboration with KOLs to maximize adoption and sales
  • Work in the field across the region on routine basis
  • Present and sell TAVI products to clients conduct sales presentations and clinical in-services and nurse support staff
  • Consistently achieve sales and profit targets within set expense budgets
  • Travel domestically and internationally adapt and change plans when necessary

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Extensive experience in sales of medical devices (min. 2-3 years of experience)
  • Planning organization and prioritization of tasks skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Independency commitment and accountability for implementation result-driven hands-on
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent relationship building skills

Medical educational background is desirable (Medical Academy or related).
