As an Administration Assistant you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our team contributing to our mission of enhancing the lives of those we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Community Services team including data entry filing and document preparation.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings events and activities ensuring effective communication and organization.
- Respond to inquiries and requests from clients staff and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the team with various projects and initiatives contributing to their successful implementation.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with database management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking initiative when required.
- A genuine passion for community service and a commitment to Baptcares values.
