14&14 Full Time Permanent Roster from $106696 Per Year Allowances Super

We are seeking 1 Qualified Refrigeration Techs/ HVACs looking to join the DeltaFM Gruyere team on a an even time basis. Youll be joining a small but established team conducting Village & Accommodation Maintenance. Youll have a permanent room on this 400 room camp and a back to back team member.
$106696 Gross Per Year Allowances Super
THE POSITION
- Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
- Planned & preventative maintenance attending and assessing breakdowns cleaning fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units
- Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing Commercial Kitchens Dining Rooms Laundry Office Buildings etc.
- Prioritising works & meet rectification deadlines
- Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required Nominee Allowance Leading Hand Allowance if applicable.
THE PERSON
- Full ARCTICK Licence & Restricted Electrical Licence or working towards
- Current CPR LVR (or willing to obtain) Current Australian Drivers Licence White Card &
- Medical & Police Check within 12 months
- Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
- Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters
