The Marketing Intern will support the CCs Coffee House Marketing Department with a focus on social media content creation and graphic design. This hands-on role will help develop brand storytelling across digital platforms while supporting campaign development and store-level marketing initiatives. The intern will work closely with the Marketing Manager to assist in daily marketing tasks and contribute to CCs online presence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing and scheduling social media content (Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn etc.)
- Design digital and print assets for social media in-store promotions and internal communications
- Capture photo and video content for marketing use both in-store and in the field
- Monitor social media engagement and trends; share insights and performance updates
- Help maintain a content library of photos videos and branded assets
- Support campaign rollouts through content creation and coordination
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative work
- Assist the marketing team with day-to-day tasks and project execution
ADDITIONAL NEEDS
- Occasionally support the Community Connections Coordinator with event planning setup or on-site content capture
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be available to work up to 25 hours per week in the office or in the field during business hours
- Must be pursuing secondary education in marketing business communications or a related field
SKILLS NEEDED
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends
- Basic graphic design experience (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
- Photography and video skills (mobile or DSLR experience a plus)
- Strong sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm and execute ideas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized dependable and able to manage time well
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and ability to represent the CCs brand
INTERNSHIP LENGTH
This internship will run from August 2025 through December 2025. Exact start and end dates will be coordinated with the selected intern and marketing manager.
