The pay for this role is $16.66/hour. Weekend availability required.
Job Summary: Cannabis Processing Technician (21)
As a Cannabis Processing Technician at Phat Panda youll play a key role in preparing cannabis for final production. Responsibilities include grinding sifting rolling and quality checking pre-rolls maintaining accurate inventory supporting other processing departments and training team members. Youll track your production daily and help ensure smooth efficient and compliant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate grinding and rolling machines (e.g. Rocketbox Knockbox)
Sift and prepare material for pre-rolls
Perform quality checks (QC) on joints for weight and consistency
Maintain clean stocked and organized workstations
Track production data by strain and per day
Assist in cross-department tasks (trim scale oil labels R&D)
Train new/existing team members as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be 21 (legal requirement)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Trimming or plant experience preferred
Basic computer skills a plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit/stand for long periods and perform repetitive hand tasks
Must lift/carry up to 25 lbs occasionally
Good vision and color recognition required
Skills Needed:
Strong focus adaptability and attention to detail
Basic math and written/verbal communication skills
Ability to follow SOPs meet deadlines and maintain product quality
Comfortable working in a moderate to loud dusty or fume-exposed environment
