Job Description
Position Summary
The person in this position is responsible to band material and prepare for staging could be use of hand and electric tools.
Shift:
Monday - Friday 1PM - 9PM
Pay - $17.50/hour with full benefits at 60 days and opportunity for production bonuses.
Essential Responsibilities
Bands material safely using equipment provided to secure materials with metal bands for shipment.
Labeling banded carts ensuring accuracy of units destination handler etc.
Cleans up work area sweeping rebinding loose bundles etc. to make sure everything is ready for second shift.
Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Basic Qualifications (Required)
Must be able to productively perform all essential functions including physical requirements
Must be able to physically handle awkward product lengths and lift weights up to50 lbs without assistance. Basic math skills interpersonal/team skills and reasoning skills are also required
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in distribution or manufacturing environment.

100%: Stand handle or feel squeeze or grasp
80%: Reaching with hands and arms depth perception
50%: Walk repetitive motion operate moving equipment
10: Working bent at waist stoop kneel crouch bending or twisting
Lift push or pull up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
Lift push or pull 75-100 lbs. with assistance.
