The Department
Alfred Mental & Addiction Health (AMAH)
Alfred Health is the main provider of health services to people living in the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne and is also a major provider of specialist services to people across Victoria. The health service operates three outstanding facilities The Alfred Caulfield and Sandringham. AMAH is responsible for the operation of services which focus on people with a severe mental illness residing in the Inner Southeastern area of Melbourne.
The Role
We have a position available for a Social Worker graduate interested in pursuing a fulfilling career in public mental health to join our team at The Alfreds Adult Inpatient Unit. As an entry level Social Worker you will have the opportunity to enhance peoples quality of life by enabling them to live a meaningful life through targeted assessment and intervention across a number of reputable clinical service areas.
Flexibility to work a7 day rotating roster if/when necessary.
