How Youll Make an Impact
Service
Greet and engage guests to ensure they feel cared for during their stay
Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms bathrooms and assigned areas
Change and inspect linens and towels according to hotel standards
Perseverance
Learn and apply effective cleaning techniques
Follow safety procedures and report hazards such as broken glass or suspicious activity
Inclusion
Treat all associates with fairness dignity and respect
Respect
Contribute to the team with pride and professionalism
Handle hotel and guest property with care and responsibility
Innovation
Participate in deep cleaning and preventative maintenance programs
Use equipment responsibly and report any damage or loss
Teamwork
Support your team to achieve hotel-wide cleanliness goals
Make regular rounds to maintain tidy and disinfected public areas
Be flexible and ready to assist where needed
What Were Looking For
Previous housekeeping experience (preferred but not required)
Friendly approachable personality
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to be on your feet and physically active for extended periods
Comfortable lifting at least 25 lbs and navigating carts up to 100 lbs
Able to bend stretch and reach in both low and high spaces
Effective communication and a positive team spirit

Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years & depth of experience certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
