What Youll Do
- Support development teams with tooling and product build
- Improve observability alerting and automation
- Apply best practices around security and compliance
Skills Youll Need
- 5 years of experience delivering reliable and maintainable software
- Very comfortable working with the command line on Linux (e.g. bash scripts)
- Experience with software delivery tools like ArgoCD or similar
- Open-source observability stack Prometheus or Victoria Metrics Grafana Fluentd and OpenTelemetry or similar
- Python programming (Automation scripts)
- Fundamentals in data structures design patterns and algorithms
Preferred Qualifications
- Containerization Technologies (Docker Kubernetes)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- B.S. or M.S. in Software Engineering Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with hypervisors is a plus
- GitHub administration experience is a plus
