The Healthcare Consultant - Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible to partner with the Sr. Consultant/Consultant/Associate Consultant to optimize customer organizational performance by supporting the implementation of cost savings projects that track directly back to the customers P&L. Also supporting enhancement of the alignment and efficiency of business processes by ensuring continuous sustained improvement across the enterprise through the implementation of Danaher Business System like tools and methodologies.

This position is part of the Sales and Marketing department headquartered in Brea CA and will be fully remote (USA). At Beckman Coulter our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Performance Partnership Delivery team and report to the Performance Partnership Delivery Manager responsible for supporting project implementation with the customer of large-scale hard cost saving process improvement and change management projects. In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Understand the linkages between strategic objectives and process improvements using analytical tools.
• Support the consultants through the projects to achieve (sign-off by customer) identified hard cost savings as well as supporting hard cost savings projects not previously identified.
• Utilize data to confirm customer volumes test menus and validation of project implementation and cost savings results.
• Support the consultants by attending action plan review calls and facilitating the calls when consultants are unable to attend.
• Collect and analyze before and after data points to ensure cost savings goals are met and customer sign-off in a timely manner.
• Support the consultants by helping create slide decks updating project status preparing for events updating templates and other duties as assigned.
• Conduct research to support projects from implementation through completion.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelors degree with 2 years of relevant experience OR Masters degree with 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Business insights and ability to analyze client capabilities and areas for potential opportunity
• Demonstrated ability to accurately assess key business metrics; effective at structured problem solving and critical thinking.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
• Required travel is 75% - mostly overnight travel

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Clinical Lab experience in a healthcare setting
• Analytic tools such as Power BI and Smartsheet
• Lean Six Sigma

The salary range for this role is $75000 - $100000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
