Job Summary
Step into the excitement at Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Groups haunted attraction as a Parking Attendantthe first friendly face our guests encounter! In this role youll set the stage for a thrilling night by welcoming guests guiding them to their spots and ensuring their experience starts off smoothly and safely. Key Responsibilities
Parking Space Management
- Guide guests into parking spots to maximize lot capacity and efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with other parking attendants to coordinate parking operations.
- Prepare and maintain the parking lot for guest vehicles ensuring cleanliness and order.
- Maintain the flow of the parking lot by directing vehicles to enter and exit through proper locations.
Safety and Security
- Remain alert for safety hazards in the parking area and report them immediately to management.
- Assist security personnel in maintaining a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations following established protocols.
- Help ensure that all guests and staff can enjoy the event with peace of mind.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply and work in this role.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Previous experience in parking customer service or event operations is a plus.
