Job Title: Client Engagement Manager - Pay and Mobility

Location: Swindon or London

Reports to: Head of Client Delivery Pay & Mobility

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and accountable Client Engagement Manager to lead our efforts in the Pay and Mobility business lines. This role is essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met while driving engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be reliable self-starter with a strong focus on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients in the Pay and Mobility business lines acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Proactive Engagement: Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions that enhance their experience and satisfaction with our services.
  • Accountability for Client Success: Take ownership of client accounts ensuring that all commitments are met and that clients receive proactive timely and effective support. Report on SLA. Review regularly the tickets and projects of each client. Support operations team in resolution of incidents including any additional communication to Business Line if applicable.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams including Service Operations Technology Compliance Strategic Partnerships Finance and Product to ensure a seamless client experience and to address any issues that arise. Work closely with third party teams when required.
  • Delivery and Backlog Management: Regular review and prioritisation of backlog items for each business area of the Pay & Mobility function. Support PI preparations and client updates. Work with internal teams to plan and deliver change requests and projects. Assist the Project Team to ensure each project meets Operational Acceptance Criteria.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics to assess client engagement and satisfaction regularly reviewing performance and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and insights to inform product development and service enhancements ensuring our offerings remain competitive and aligned with client needs. Be the voice of the customer within PayTech.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to clients on our Pay and Mobility solutions ensuring they are fully equipped to utilise our services effectively.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Develop strong understanding of client programmes and ensure appropriate documentation is in place and maintained to support the relationship. Develop presentations and informative materials to update the clients and present to various audiences as needed.
  • Solutions and Expand Offering: Define solutions for new clients based on existing solutions & products working with a Business Analyst a Project Manager or a Payment Engagement Manager and more detailed Product Support / Development team if appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration Communications or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in client engagement or account management preferably within the fintech or financial services sectors.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive accountable and reliable in managing client relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
