We are seeking Refrigeration Tech / HVACs looking to join the team at Telfer on a Permanent Full-Time basis. Telfer has approximately 1300 rooms across the site. It is an older site established since 1977. The client is Greatland. Options to FIFO from Perth or DIDO for local applicants local to Telfer. The position available is ideally an immediate start. You will have a a back to back team member and youll work alongside other refrigeration technicians on your swing.
THE POSITION
- Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
- Planned & preventative maintenance attending and assessing breakdowns cleaning fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units
- Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing Commercial Kitchens Dining Rooms Laundry Office Buildings etc.
- Prioritising works & meet rectification deadlines
- Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required Nominee Allowance Leading Hand Allowance if applicable.
THE PERSON
- Full ARCTICK Licence & WA Restricted Electrical Licence
- Current Australian Drivers Licence White Card
- Current CPR LVR Police Check within 12 months
- Medical within 12 months
- Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
- Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters
