Job Summary
This position is an entry level Human Resources Generalist role that serves as the primary point of contact for the Universitys Office of Human Resources and provides effective customer service to all internal and external customers who reach out with inquiries and concerns. The Human Resource Generalist Student Employment position will also be responsible for managing the Student Employment processes which include creating and approving student employment job descriptions oversight of job postings and the hiring of student employees and leading and enhancing recruitment onboarding and professional development events for Student Employment. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources and works in direct collaboration with the Employment Specialist.
