Job Description

Posting Summary
The Department of Surgery at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School is actively recruiting an Experienced Abdominal Transplant Surgeon for a full time faculty position. Independent Experience in Liver Transplant is required. In addition mastery in organ procurement including donation after circulatory death is required. Experience in Normothermic Regional Perfusion and Machine Perfusion is desirable. Clinical and Translational research interests and experience is also desirable. Academic rank and additional leadership opportunities commensurate with experience and accomplishments. Opportunities to participate in Renal and Pancreas Transplant are secondary and available in affiliated programs in the RWJ Barnabas Health System. Rutgers University is an ADA AA/ EEO employer.
