Carpenter – Deck & Stair Work

Cedar Park Group is currently hiring experienced Carpenters for an active deck project with follow-up work including stair framing and additional assignments across upcoming job sites. This is a great opportunity with room for ongoing placement based on performance and project needs.

Position Overview:
The Carpenters will begin with deck construction and transition to forming and building stairs. Were looking for skilled tradespeople with a strong work ethic attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently with a crew.

Responsibilities:

• Construct and frame decks and outdoor stair systems

• Measure cut and assemble materials accurately and safely

• Interpret blueprints or project plans as needed

• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and team members

• Follow all jobsite safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience particularly in framing or deck work

• OSHA 10 certification required

• Familiarity with tools materials and jobsite safety practices

• Reliable transportation to and from job sites

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
