You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Learning Facilitation Professional plans coordinates and implements all aspects of training programs for participants throughout the organization including but not limited to instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training. Selects appropriate materials. Creates an environment that is conducive to learning and exchanging information engages the learner and produces the desired outcomes. Monitors training personnel records to ensure that employees have met all company training requirements for company quality and regulatory compliance. Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements. Evaluates the relevance of online resources to complement the facilitated experience in the fields as appropriate. Understands department segment and organizational strategy and operating objectives including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods occasionally in ambiguous situations and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.
Required Qualifications:
Active Medical Assistant Certificate as a Certified Medical Assistant/CMA or as a Registered Medical Assistant/RMA
Proven interpersonal and clinical skills with the ability to interface and train effectively bothinternally and externally with a wide range of people including physicians and clinic office staffincluding workflows in EMR
Experience with Electronic medical records/EMR and/or Health Information Management/HIM systems
Knowledge of Excel Word and Power Point Presentations in a business setting A high level ofengagement and emotional intelligence
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumerexperiences
Available to Travel within the Tampa Market to support the local clinics
Desired Qualifications:
Athena experience strongly preferred
Previous Lead role as an MA or Training core clinic roles in a value-based care setting

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
