Salary and Benefits
- Base salary $90K-120K plus quarterly bonus plan based on firm revenue
- Paid professional dues continuing education conferences and training
- Fully remote position (with the expectation to travel to the Austin office 5-10x/year)
- Firm pays 75% of health care cost for employee

Responsibilities
- Design and implement detailed financial planning solutions focused on retirement investments cash flow planning multi-year tax planning asset protection and estate planning.
- Prepare in-depth financial analysis for clients that consider their specific preferences values goals and priorities with a vision to accomplish the clients personal and financial goals.
- Coordinate with outside professionals to implement financial planning on behalf of clients and ensure the highest level of service.
- Integrate investment solutions with our Investment Team through coordination of asset allocation cash needs charitable giving and impact goals.
- Coordinate with Client Service Team
- Commit to a culture that supports continuing education and team development
- Participate in vetting new technology for the firm
- Develop and implement financial planning systems and processes
- Coordinate with six advisors to develop personalized financial plans for a range of clientele
Qualifications
- 5 years plus experience in wealth management/financial planning
- CFP designation required.
- Experience with complex financial plans including equity compensation tax planning and estate strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills demonstrating professionalism
- Detail oriented and ability to manage your own time well
- Self-starter with a commitment to ongoing learning
- Ability to travel 5-10 times per year to Austin TX for internal meetings and occasional client meetings

The Process
Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15- to 30-minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward you will be asked to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process you will meet with the firm. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments.
