Job Description Summary

Support towards the effective functioning of the facility provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees and their activities by using best business practices to manage resources services and processes in order to meet the needs of the company.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Aero Alliance Avenza Plant Facility Specialist reporting to the Facility and Maintenance Leader will support within the following activities:

  • Planned and extraordinary maintenance activities of the facility including buildings infrastructures plant systems (offices workshop etc)
  • Coordination of vendors in the facility developing and tracking the planning of the activities with the highest EHS and Quality standards
  • Document regular facilities inspections assisting the Health & Safety officer
  • Oversee facility systems and infrastructures refurbishment and renovations
  • Support with the planning of plant services such as reception security cleaning catering canteen service waste disposal parking and mobility management
  • Develop and implement the facility management and maintenance program including preventive maintenance and life-cycle requirements through the use of the company CMMS
  • Support in implementing plant sustainability programs increasing efficiency monitoring energy consumption and eventually reducing carbon footprint.
  • Develop monitor and update Facility and suppliers KPI based on dataset to be developed and managed in the CMMS
  • Periodic reporting to track the progress of the facilitys activities and the main critical issues in progress
  • Provide prompt response to requests and issues from facility occupants related to EHS actions tickets and work orders (ODL) from CMMS
  • Create and manage purchasing request using ERP
  • Monthly cost control of the contractual and extra-contractual activities delivered by the various contractor and facility suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering preferred) or equivalent culture.
  • Proactive motivated multi-task time management and problem solving attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal and relational skills curiosity and precision complete the profile
  • Excellent computer skills proficient in MS Office (Excel Power Point etc.) knowledge of E-maint CMMS and Oracle ERP will be a plus.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of English B1
