Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Full-time Front of House (FOH) Team Member to join our team. You will be responsible for creating a remarkable guest experience by delivering genuine hospitality fast and accurate service and ensuring operational excellence. As the face of Chick-fil-A FOH Team Members provide friendly and efficient service while maintaining brand standards. They also work collaboratively with their team and leadership to uphold Chick-fil-As commitment to exceptional service and guest satisfaction

What Youll do

Guest Experience & Service

• Greet guests with warmth enthusiasm and genuine hospitality
• Take prepare and serve guest orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify order accuracy and ensure presentation meets Chick-fil-A standards
• Deliver quick and friendly service in the dining room front counter and drive-thru
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism ensuring they feel heard and valued
• Uphold Chick-fil-As hospitality and service standards at all times
• Go above and beyond to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction

Team Collaboration

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and leaders
• Support team performance and restaurant flow by being proactive and reliable
• Stay updated with teams communications channel and restaurant updates
• Assist and support team members across various roles as needed
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting the Chick-fil-A Heartland core values of Here to Serve Ownership Care and Trust

Note: Team member responsibilities are not limited to the ones listed above and from time to time may be required to perform additional duties to support business demands.

Work Hours

• Operating Hours: 9:30 am 11:00 pm Monday to Saturday
• Closed Sundays
