What Youll Do
- Greet and interact with all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Be responsible for sales tastings tours and experiences
- Promote all new wine releases upcoming events/promotions and Wine Club Membership
- Maintain merchandising organization and cleanliness of the winery
- Meet daily weekly and monthly sales goals
Must haves:
- B.C. Serving it Right Certification
- Previous guest service experience
- Must be energetic engaging and authentic
- Passionate about building a career in the wine industry
- Meet the physical requirements of the position including repetitively lifting carrying pushing and pulling weight up to 40lbs
- Able to work weekends holidays evenings (Schedule: Wednesday Sunday)
- Previous wine education is an asset
