What You Will Do:
Manage calendars and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure maximum time efficiency.
Prepare and assist with PowerPoint Word and Excel documents.
Utilize Power BI to track completion of business processes.
Handle invoices expense reports and purchase orders including coding and tracking invoices within Oracle.
Coordinate meetings with internal and external representatives including arranging hospitality and catering requirements.
Provide administrative support for recruitment activities and act as a liaison between HR and management.
Maintain regional regulatory fleet information and manage electronic files and team sites in SharePoint.
Assist with timesheet issues and technology or facility service requests.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Who You Are:
You have the following education and experience:
Relevant education and a minimum of 2 years experience in the administrative field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential material and multitask with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Products SharePoint Oracle Financial Applications and Workday applications.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a high level of professionalism.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with a large group.
Working Conditions:
Office setting with occasional extended hours to accommodate the leaders schedule.
Routine handling of sensitive or company confidential information.
High volume of work requires proactive planning and reprioritization.
Rare but occasional travel is required.
Physical Requirements:
Include but are not limited to: Ability to grasp kneel lift objects up to 20 pounds reach above shoulder perform repetitive motions sit stand and have visual and hearing requirements.
