The Role: Were looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is creative organized and enthusiastic to join our rapidly growing company. As a key member of our marketing team youll be responsible for driving brand awareness and engagement across all social media platforms managing email and SMS campaigns writing blogs and assisting with the planning and execution of promotional calendars. Your role will be critical in ensuring we consistently engage our community and create compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms including Instagram Facebook TikTok Pinterest and LinkedIn.
- Create curate and schedule engaging content that aligns with Cherie Amours mission of empowerment self-love and body positivity.
- Respond to comments direct messages and inquiries to foster a sense of community and customer loyalty.
- Monitor trends hashtags and competitor activity to keep Cherie Amours social presence fresh and relevant.
- Email & SMS Campaigns:
- Create and execute impactful email and SMS marketing campaigns that resonate with our community.
- Develop content for newsletters promotional offers client spotlights and more.
- Segment our email list for targeted campaigns ensuring the right messages reach the right people.
- Analyze performance metrics (open rates click-through rates etc.) and make adjustments to optimize campaigns.
- Promotional Calendars:
- Develop and manage a detailed content calendar for both social media and email/SMS marketing.
- Work closely with the team to plan seasonal campaigns product launches and special events.
- Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with company goals and brand messaging.
- Content Creation & Branding:
- Assist with the creation of visually appealing marketing materials and graphics using tools such as Canva.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms ensuring all content reflects Cherie Amours core values of confidence self-love and empowerment.
- Coordinate with the photography team to gather content (e.g. photos behind-the-scenes shots testimonials) for use on social media email and websites.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns (social media email and SMS).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvements to increase engagement and drive business growth.
- Collaboration & Special Projects:
- Collaborate with the events team to support marketing efforts for trade shows bridal shows and other in-person events.
- Assist in developing partnerships with influencers brands and local businesses to increase Cherie Amours visibility.
- Other Duties as Assigned:
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for future marketing initiatives.
- Provide support for the marketing department as needed to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
What Were Looking For:
- Creative and Driven: You have a passion for creativity and marketing with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Social Media Savvy: You have experience managing multiple social media platforms and know how to engage a digital audience.
- Marketing Knowledge: Youre familiar with email and SMS marketing platforms (like Klaviyo or Sendgrid.) and content management systems.
- Attention to Detail: Youre organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong Communicator: You have excellent writing and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt your voice to different platforms.
- Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using design tools like Canva Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop InDesign) and analytics tools like Google Analytics or social media insights.
- Team Player: You work well in a team environment and are excited to contribute to the success of Cherie Amour.
- Positive Attitude: You have a positive can-do attitude and are motivated by our mission to help women embrace their inner strength and beauty.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field.
- Prior experience with social media management email marketing and content creation.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools.
- Experience with event marketing or coordinating promotional activities.
- Familiarity with boudoir photography or the luxury retail space is a plus!
